- Willingness to work in a 24/7 Shift Schedule
- handling voice-based processes, with a rotational weekly day off, and in an office-based environment.
- The candidate should have completed the full course of double vaccination.
- Capable of analyzing problems and providing effective solutions to customers.
- Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly, taking full ownership of customer issues and resolving them independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and utmost respect for the customer’s time.
