Accenture Hiring New Associate Responsibilities

You will be associated with our Network Operations vertical which ensures that we provide solutions to communicate customers’ challenges, enhance their margins, improve asset realization, improve customer service, enhance revenue maintain a strong common integration framework, reduce the overall cost and improve the sales cycle. to help speed up

  • Receives customer tickets to manage, coordinate and perform site access, material receipt/shipment, technical engineer dispatch to the site, and similar operational tasks within required/limited time (SLO driven)
  • Ensures coordination and completion of customer-requested work by field technicians
  • Logs customer/customer/vendor problems/requests/issues in the ticketing tool and ensures proper documentation
  • Manages database for dispatch of metro-based field technicians
  • Analyzes root causes of operational problems and follows defined procedures to resolve and update correctly. The Telecom Operations team is involved in developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring the telecommunications network. The customer service management team focuses on managing the organization’s interactions with current and potential customers.
  • The team is responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring customer retention, and ultimately driving sales growth. The team is also responsible for improving business relationships with customers.
