- Has worked in Indian Accounting process.
- Has knowledge of Indian Tax laws.
- Has worked on physical documents/ scan documents and maintenance of same.
General Mills Executive-A/R Job Responsibilities
70% of Time
- Processing of Payments, knocking off and assign tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Preparation of JC end reports & timely publish.
- Ensure accurate & on-time Auditing and Reconcile the Bank statements.
- Resolve process related issues and document issues and learnings with minimal involvement from team lead.
- Point of contact for stakeholder related ad-hoc requests / concerns.
- End to End process knowledge & impact on IAR process.
- Maintain Internal Trackers, activity list, Weekly & Monthly Dashboard.
- Build the DMS for IAR and publish the same internally on daily basis.
- Analysis of Data and create the value addition to stakeholders.
- Get trained on Banking related activities and streamline the process.
- Overall Reduction in Ageing of old open items
30% of Time
- Ensure timely preparation of business reports and sharing same with Business.
- KPI report
- Identify, initiate, & implement process improvement ideas, Initiate & implement macros in process to track execution data using tools like MS-Access, Excel.
