HCLTech Analyst Responsibilities
- Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time ( AHT), rejected resolutions, or reopened cases.
- Achieve KPI targets, follow defined processes, and adhere to ITIL delivery and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Attend customer calls or chat mails and resolve tickets within the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- Maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers, the document identified risks, issues, mitigation plans, and support in the execution of BCPorDR plans.
- Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base updates and self-development.
