- Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio`s Recharges
- Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
- Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering

Job Responsibility of Quality Manager
- Propagating training the methods, standard checks to be ensured as
per Quality Standard - Development of Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Control procedures ITPs
- Raising observations for the implementation of quality standards
- Root cause analysis.

- Customer Associate: 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
